Now known as Clubhouse on South Temple, the building would become “truly accessible to all communities for the first time in its history” if it wins a grant to repair its sinking front porch and stairs and add a wheelchair ramp, according to its entry in Partners in Preservation: Main Streets.
Supporters can vote online, submitting up to five votes a day, through Oct. 29 at VoteYourMainStreet.org, according to a news release. The contest, organized by the National Trust for Historic Preservation and American Express, is celebrating women’s history in honor of the upcoming 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment.
